1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using In Limine (the Service), you agree to these Terms of Service (Terms). If you use the Service on behalf of a law firm or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

In Limine is a software platform for AI-assisted client intake. It helps law firms collect intake information, organize prospective-client conversations, score urgency, deliver summaries, manage intake records, and connect related tools such as scheduling and email.

In Limine is operated by Crème Mind AI LLC. Crème Mind AI LLC is not a law firm.

3. No Legal Services; AI Limitations

In Limine is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

The Service collects and organizes information for attorney review. AI-generated messages, summaries, scores, classifications, and other output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or otherwise unsuitable for reliance without attorney review.

You are responsible for reviewing transcripts, summaries, urgency scores, and all AI-generated output before relying on it, communicating with a prospect, or making any legal, business, or professional decision.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Using the Service only in compliance with applicable laws, professional rules, and firm policies.
  • Providing appropriate notices and consent language on your intake pages.
  • Determining when representation begins and what obligations apply to each prospect or client.
  • Reviewing AI output before use or reliance.
  • Maintaining accurate account, billing, and firm information.
  • Keeping account credentials confidential and promptly reporting unauthorized access.

6. Data, Privacy, Export, and Deletion

Your use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the firm data and intake data you submit to the Service.

You grant Crème Mind AI LLC a limited right to process, store, transmit, display, and otherwise use that data as needed to provide, secure, support, maintain, and improve the Service, consistent with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

7. Confidentiality and Security

We treat intake data as confidential business information and use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect it. The Service should not be treated as a substitute for your own professional confidentiality review, policies, notices, or obligations.

We do not sell intake conversation data and do not use intake conversation data to train AI models.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, court order, or professional rule.
  • Automate professional judgment or substantive legal guidance to prospects or clients.
  • Misrepresent who is operating an intake flow.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent Service security.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on providers such as Anthropic, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Vercel, and scheduling providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, acts, omissions, or policy changes, but we will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain reliable integrations.

10. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, security events, infrastructure failures, or events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, software, design, trademarks, documentation, and related materials are owned by Crème Mind AI LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.

You retain rights to your firm content and data. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure against every possible threat, or that AI-generated output will be accurate, complete, or fit for your specific use.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crème Mind AI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or loss of clients. 14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crème Mind AI LLC from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law or professional rules, your data, or your communications with prospects or clients.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, create security risk, or use the Service in a way that may create legal, operational, or reputational harm.

After termination, data export and deletion requests remain subject to verification and to legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, backup, and compliance obligations.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania unless the parties agree in writing to another process.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated through the Service. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
